Late Harvest  -  Light Blend
Delicate Blend of Leccino . Frantoio and Picual olives hand picked late in the season producing a smooth creamy oil which can be used for a variety of vegetable dishes but is also great for desserts.

Leccino/Frantoio Blend
A blend of the creamy leccino and the peppery finish of the frantoio makes a delicious medium oil.Drizzled over meats, chicken or fish or for salads and pasta dishes.   Also great as a dipping oil with crusty bread.

Picual  - Single Varietal
A medium style very popular oil with a wide range of uses.  Great for all your cooking and also drizzled over your pasta.  Great for dipping.

Leccino  -  Single Varietal
A buttery golden yellow oil with fruity and nutty flavours.  Another very popular all round oil which is great for cooking veges or drizzling over your salad.  Great dipping oil.

Frantoio  -  Single Varietal
An intense, complex and highly aromatic oil, with a delicious sharp long palate.  Best uses are rubbing into meat before cooking and drizzling over cooked pasta.  Geat for dipping.

Lemon Infused
Extra virgin olive oil blended with tangy lemons resulting in a delicious zesty oil.  Great for cooking fish and chicken and drizzled over veges (especially asparagus).

Lime Infused
Extra virgin olive oil blended with the delicate limes.  Superb on summer salads and drizzled on tomatoes.  Great in pasta sauces and in Asian cooking.

Garlic Infused
Extra virgin olive oil blended with the garlic. Great for pasta
dishes, drizzled on vegetables before roasting or brush on slices of french
bread and bake in the oven for bruscetta.
